Over the holidays our church, Christ Episcopal Church St. Joseph, held a Christmas party. Camden won a popper at some point with a paper crown, some trinkets, and a paper with jokes and riddles. He had to get up and read the jokes.it was such a fun party! This is the only picture I took but I love it. He is so happy and comfortable here. All of our kids are…they all yell at us if we even consider not going one a Sunday! The big kids often acolyte and the twins get to help with ushering. There are plenty of things to do to participate!

We just joined a couple of years ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We were immediately welcomed with open arms, judgement free, and it very quickly felt like a family. And they love all four of our kids. Something we were missing at our old church.

All are welcome (hey, that is the piano solo l’m playing this Sunday!) to attend and participate in as much or as little as they’d like. Our services are more traditional so are somewhat similar to the Catholic Church’s Mass, but The Episcopal Church supports gender identity and expression and is dedicated to full inclusion of LGBTQIA+ people. All are truly welcome!!!
